Nancy Lebold

CEO, New Seasons Market & Executive in Residence, FIEP 2022-23

Nancy Lebold is the CEO at specialty grocer New Seasons Market, an independent operator within the Good Food Holdings family of brands. She joined New Seasons Market in spring 2021 from Food4Less, serving as VP of Marketing and Merchandising in California. Prior to Food4Less, Nancy built a 25-year career at WinCo Foods, bringing experience from several leadership roles throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Nancy Lebold also serves as a Western Association of Food Chains Board of Directors member and holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Oregon State University. Nancy is a 2015 USC Marshall School of Business Food Industry Management Leadership Program graduate.
