Dave Logan
Dave Logan has been on the faculty for over two decades, serving in a variety of roles, including Associate Professor and Associate Dean over executive education. He authored or co-authored six books, including the New York Times #1 bestseller Tribal Leadership (HarperCollins, 2008 and 2011), and the international bestseller The Three Laws of Performance (Jossey-Bass, 2009), which was endorsed by Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Desmond Tutu. Dave has a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from the Annenberg School at USC.
Outside USC, his executive jobs include being the Chief Executive Officer of the California Medical Association’s wellness subsidiary, where he worked on ending the epidemic of physician burnout; and Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Transformation Officer of P3 Health Partners, where he focused on physician engagement and practice transformation. He continues to serve as a partner and Senior Partner Emeritus at CultureSync, where he worked with over a third of the Fortune 500 companies on aligning strategy and culture. He is also co-Founder and co-CEO of Care4th, a startup focused promoting cultures of engagement and professional fulfillment.
