Andrea Dimond
Andrea Dimond joined USC with a robust 25-year career in the food industry. Dimond’s leadership experience spans sales, distribution, marketing, and organizational development with a proven track record of driving growth and transformation. At the Western Association of Food Chains (WAFC), she spearheaded the organization’s first comprehensive strategic plan, directed a successful rebrand, and modernized systems to strengthen program management, scholarship administration, and student recruitment. Her career also includes senior leadership roles at Dreyer’s Ice Cream (Froneri, formerly Nestlé), MeriCal, Ready Pac Foods (Bonduelle Fresh Americas), Nestlé Direct-Store-Delivery, and Nestlé USA. Dimond is deeply connected to USC, having earned her Master of Science in Food Industry Leadership and a Food Industry Management Certificate from the university. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Business from UCLA.
