Annalise Jennings

Founder and Principal of Dynamic Exchange

Annalise Jennings is a business and community strategist with a background in risk management and 25 years’ experience in Corporate Banking. Over her career she has specialized in projects that focus on transformation and maximizing human potential.

She is the founder and principal of Dynamic Exchange, an organisation committed to supporting individuals, teams, communities and organisations to reach their fullest potential. She has worked extensively with Australian Indigenous communities and is the creator of Whole of Community Change – a blueprint for economic development and social change, designed to bring about community ownership and self-determination. In 2014 she was invited to share her work about the evolution of the Aboriginal community of Napranum in a TEDx Talk entitled, “The SHIFT from Paternalism, Prohibition, Penalty” where she documented the realization of the community’s vision and goals.

Working as a senior manager for one of the largest Australian Banks, she won the prestigious SAI Global Business Excellence Award emphasising the balance between compliance, ownership of risk and ethical behaviour. She was a 2016 Finalist for the Banksia Foundation Awards recognizing her achievements in addressing the United Nations Global Goals for Sustainability and Leadership, and in 2017 was invited to the Oslo Nobel Peace Prize Awards in recognition of her community work.

Bringing a blend of corporate professionalism, profound humanity, and indigenous wisdom to her client work, Annalise has helped many organizations create a balanced, pragmatic, and strategic culture to understand and build ‘community’. Over the past 20 years she has designed and facilitated programs for large corporations, indigenous communities, educational institutions, Infrastructure and Rail sectors throughout the US, UK, New Zealand, India, Indonesia, and Australia. Her programs are a combination of strategy formulation and mindset-shifting activities.

Annalise is accredited in the Cultural Transformation Tools® (CTT) to help organizations improve business results through cultural awareness and alignment, and provides executive coaching services to individuals and groups to ensure wellness and lasting positive change.

Working globally, Annalise has dedicated her life’s work to bringing the age-old principles of belonging; connectedness; caring for the whole; and the shift from problem to possibility, into mainstream groups.
