A former Fortune 500 executive turned scholar-talent development practitioner bringing an evidenced-based, humanistic lens to leadership and professional development, Horstmeyer’s teaching, research, and work with clients is rooted in an integrated disciplinary approach, and her research on curiosity and associated mental, emotional, and motivational attributes in a way that enables us to thrive amidst ambiguity, uncertainty, and complexity in the workplace.
