Cynthia McCloud

Adjunct Professor of Management and Organization, and Certified Leadership Coach

Cynthia McCloud recently retired after an extraordinary 11-year tenure as Executive Director of USC Marshall Food Industry Programs. Under her visionary leadership, the programs grew in reach, reputation, and impact across the global food industry. With a career spanning more than 40 years, Cynthia has held senior leadership roles in multinational corporations and start-ups, leading teams across the U.S. as well as in France, the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, India, Singapore, and Australia. A certified executive leadership coach, she is recognized for her expertise in organizational leadership and development and continues to focus her work on cultivating strong leaders and driving growth-focused cultures. Cynthia earned her Doctor of Education, EdD in Organizational Change and Leadership, at USC Rossier. She also earned her MBA at UC Irvine and her BA from the USC Marshall School of Business.
