Kevin McBride

Executive Vice President of Finance, Accounting and Corporate

Kevin McBride is Executive Vice President of Finance, Accounting and Corporate Services at ServiceNow, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading global finance and accounting organizations. Prior to joining ServiceNow, he spent over two decades at Intel Corporation, where he most recently served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, playing a key role in scaling and transforming the company’s finance operations.

Known for driving innovation, operational rigor, and strong financial governance, McBride is also deeply committed to developing finance talent and building high-performing teams. He currently serves as National Board Chair of Financial Executives International and has contributed to the broader accounting profession through leadership roles with the Financial Accounting Standards Board, including participation on the Emerging Issues Task Force and a two-year fellowship. McBride began his career at KPMG and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Oregon State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Participants strengthen enterprise strategy, executive influence, transformation leadership, and long-term value creation while learning from USC faculty, senior finance leaders, and a select peer cohort—and earning 30 CPE credits.
