Online, Self-paced: Using elements of High Impact Learning Journeys (HILJ), each module within this on-demand program will begin with participants engaging in a number of self-paced learning activities, including relevant case studies, articles, and lecture videos, to build a foundational understanding of each skill. Participants will then dig deeper in applying the knowledge to hypothetical business cases and applied frameworks. Participants will then demonstrate their competency in applying the skill with a self-paced exercise centered around the real-world application. We strongly recommend that participants dedicate 2- 4 hours per week for each week of this course.

Professor of Data Sciences and Operations & USC Associates Chair in Business Administration

Ann Majchrzak is the USC Associates' Chaired Professor of Business Administration for Marshall. She teaches and does research on digital innovation. She is a Fellow of the Association for Information Systems. She has held concurrent appointments at Esade Business School, Ramon Llull University (Barcelona, Spain) Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, LUISS School of Business and Management (Rome, Italy) and Simon Fraser University (Vancouver Canada) in the areas of Innovation and Organization. She has a 2020 book: Unleashing the Crowd: Collaborative Solutions for Wicked Business and Societal Problems, a Marshall webinar for Covid19 & Small Businesses, and a Tommy Talk on the subject.
